5. Shipping

Shipping is handled by zenerbd.com. Inside Dhaka: same-day or next-day, 60 BDT. Outside Dhaka: 2-4 working days, 80-150 BDT depending on weight.

6. Returns

Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Defective products are eligible for replacement within the warranty period. See zenerbd.com/returns for full policy.

7. Warranties

Product warranties vary by manufacturer and category. Solar panels: 10-25 years (manufacturer). Power tools: 6-12 months. Home appliances: 12 months. Extended warranties available on selected items.

8. User-Generated Content

By submitting a comment, you grant Zener Bangladesh a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, edit, or remove the content. You warrant that:

• The content is your original work or you have permission to post it.
• It does not violate any law or third-party right.
• It is not defamatory, hateful, or spam.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user content at our discretion.
